Pre-primary

The education system at the Pre-primary level is child- centred and caters to the physical, psychological, cognitive, social, emotional, communicative, moral and aesthetic development of young children.

The curriculum covers a wide array of activities designed to use the ‘learning by doing’ approach to education effectively. The focus is on preparing children for formal learning later on.

Emphasis is laid on learning the basic skills in significant areas such as gross and fine motor control, social adjustment, and cognition.

Parents are expected to share with us the responsibility of grooming children through processes and practices for early childhood education.

-

Due weightage is given to all of the unit tests, examinations, oral and writing skills, and attendance at the time of the student’s promotion to the next grade.
