Our Identity
Indian Public School, established in September of 1995, is a modern progressive english medium school affliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, India and recognized by the Ministry of Education, Kuwait.
Our endeavour is aimed at catering to an expatriate community hailing predominantly from the Indian subcontinent, thus being aware of our responsibility as an instrument of the community per se.
The school follows a comprehensive curriculum for the all round growth and development of a child's personality. We believe in nurturing our students and in an outlook that is comtemporary and global.
We place great value on the importance and relevance of the Indian Cultural Heritage in our educational environment and make all possible efforts to keep our children connected to it through the medium of numerous co-curricular activities. We emphasize secularism, universal brotherhood and a common concern for peace and prosperity.

Facilities
The school is housed in a spacious building and is equipped with all the amenities and facilities.
The educational infrastructure consists of well-equipped laboratories in Physics, Chemsitry, Biology and Computer Science. These labs provide students with various opportunities to learn and experiment, which plays a crucial role in their ongoing intellectual development.
We have a well-stocked library, an audio-visual room and activity rooms for music, dance and art.
Open-air courts for Basketball and Volleyball and two-airconditioned halls for Table tennis, Roller-skating and Gymnastics are present.
The halls are used extensively for holding school assemblies and a large number of co-curricluar activities.
The Maths Lab aids our students to experiment and explore core concepts through informal exploration and helps them to visualize, manipulate, reason and observe patterns.
The Islamic Studies Room has the true ambience of a Masjid . This room is dedicated for students to pray, learn the Holy Quran and recite verses.
An amply equipped music room is strategically located on the school premises to allow a level of seclusion especially during practice sessions.
The Kindergarten area is a visually stimulating and child-friendly environment, with a well equipped play area and arty displays. Audio Visual resources are available to aid the children with their education and entertainment.
An extensive array of paintings and crafts adorn the art room in IPS. The room is resourced with essential materials required for art projects and competitions.
Our efficient nursing staff provide first aid and necessary medical attention for those who need it during school hours. The presence of a well supplied clinic within the premises enables us to give the best care to our ailing students.
